Orders & payments
What payment methods do you accept?
Major credit/debit cards via our secure processor (Stripe/WooPayments). On supported devices/browsers, Apple Pay or Google Pay may also appear at checkout.
Will I be charged tax?
Any required taxes are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location. Many US customers won’t see tax on this digital product, but it depends on local rules.
Can I get an invoice/receipt?
Yes—your order confirmation email includes a receipt. You can also view/print receipts anytime at My Account → Orders.
My card was declined—what now?
Double-check card number, expiry, CVC, billing ZIP/postcode, and available funds. If it still fails, try another card or contact your bank. You can also email support@templatecache.com.
Download & access
How do I get my files?
Immediately after checkout you’ll see a download link on the order confirmation page, and you’ll also receive an email with a secure link.
Where can I download again later?
Go to My Account → Downloads. If you checked out as a guest, create a password using the same purchase email and your order will appear automatically.
How many downloads / how long?
By default you get 3 downloads within 7 days of purchase to protect your link. Need more? Email support@templatecache.com and we’ll help.
I didn’t receive the email—what now?
Check spam/junk and the Promotions tab (search for “TemplateCache”). You can always access files at My Account → Downloads. If it’s still missing, email support@templatecache.com and we’ll reissue your link.
Using the spreadsheet
Which apps are supported?
The file is provided as .xlsx and works in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel. Apple Numbers may open it, but isn’t officially supported.
How do I use the snowball method?
List your debts (balance, minimum payment, rate). Pay the minimum on all. Put any extra toward the smallest balance first. When that’s paid, roll its payment into the next smallest. This creates momentum and steady wins.
What’s the weekly routine?
Spend 10–15 minutes weekly: enter new transactions, review plan vs. actual, and apply any extra to your current snowball target. Consistency beats perfection.
Can I customize categories or colors?
Yes—save your own copy and adjust categories, colors, and notes. The template is intentionally simple so it stays fast and clear.
Licensing & updates
What am I allowed to do?
Your purchase grants a single-user license for your personal or business use. You can modify the file to fit your workflow.
What is not allowed?
Redistributing, reselling, or sharing the file publicly is not permitted. For team/multi-seat or client redistribution rights, contact us for licensing options.
Do I get future updates?
When we ship improvements or fixes, we notify buyers via email with a fresh download link for the same product tier.
Refunds & policies
Refund policy
Digital products are generally non-refundable. If you can’t access your file, it’s corrupted, or it’s clearly not as described, email us within 7 days and we’ll fix it or refund you.
Do you run promotions?
Occasionally. Any promo terms (duration, limits, eligibility) will be stated on the offer page or email. Promotions can’t be combined unless stated.

Privacy & security
How is my payment processed?
Payments are handled by Stripe (WooPayments). We don’t store full card numbers on our servers.
Do you sell my data?
No. We use your information to fulfill your order and send product updates you opt into. You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time.
How do I manage email preferences?
Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email to opt out. Transactional emails (receipts & download links) will still be sent so you can access your purchase.
Troubleshooting
The download link says expired.
Email support@templatecache.com with your order email and we’ll reissue access. Expirations prevent link sharing—happy to help if yours lapsed.
The file won’t open.
Make sure you’re opening the .xlsx file in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel (latest version). If a browser opens a preview, download it first, then open from your app.
Formulas aren’t calculating.
In Excel, ensure calculation is set to Automatic (Formulas → Calculation Options). In Google Sheets, make sure you didn’t paste values over formula cells—undo or re-download a clean copy.
